What services does PayNexa offer?
HR and recruitment, apprenticeship management, compliance and business registrations, payroll and workforce management, government scheme assistance, and website, app and software development.
Do candidates pay any fee?
No. Candidates never pay PayNexa for registration, applications or placement. If anyone asks you for money in our name, please report it to us.
Which apprenticeship schemes do you support?
We assist with NAPS, NATS and MAPS apprenticeships, and with On-the-Job Training (OJT) programmes.
Is my company eligible to engage apprentices?
Under the Apprentices Act, 1961, establishments with four or more workers can engage apprentices, and those with 30 or more are required to. We confirm what applies to you during the employer assessment.
Can you handle payroll compliance such as PF and ESIC?
Yes. Alongside monthly payroll, we coordinate PF, ESIC, professional tax and TDS where they apply to your establishment.

What to know before you start, and what we take care of once you do.
Can you engage apprentices?
- Under the Apprentices Act, 1961, establishments with 4 or more workers can engage apprentices.
- Establishments with 30 or more workers are required to.
- Apprentices are engaged within a band of 2.5% to 15% of total workforce, including contract staff.

Applicable government support
Under NAPS and NATS, the government shares part of the stipend for eligible apprentices, paid through DBT. MAPS offers support under its own state rules. The amount and conditions depend on the scheme rules in force.
We prepare the claim documentation and follow it up for you.
Paynexa provides assistance and coordination. Eligibility, approvals, stipend support and reimbursements are decided by the government authorities under the applicable scheme rules. We confirm what applies to your establishment during the assessment.
